A Collaborative Journey through Healing
Sometimes we get stuck in our journey toward healing. Whether this is due to trauma, codependency, or any other hurdle we come up against, psychotherapy allows us to have company in that struggle.
I am here to shine light on what you already deeply know about yourself but may have trouble seeing clearly. I wish to help you lower the volume of your inner criticism & strengthen your ability to grow.
Our work together is a collaborative experience between client and therapist, and I make it a point to honor your expertise on your life. We both bring useful skills and valid perspectives into the room and together we can find a path toward vitality.
My Practice
I maintain a deep commitment to anti-oppression work, transformative justice, and harm-reduction frameworks. As such, I focus keenly on holding space for both your lived experiences, as well as the broader social and historical contexts in which we all live.
In my practice, I bring warmth, authenticity, and curiosity. I am a Thai queer, non-binary femme and use she/they pronouns. I’m especially passionate about working with the LGBTQIA+ community, BIPOC, sex workers, and the BDSM/Kink community.
My clinical background focuses on trauma, codependency, gender, sexuality, and the impact of early childhood attachment on adulthood. I take a relational approach to therapy, using the therapeutic relationship as a tool to uncover dynamics you might find mirrored in all other relationships in your life. I also draw upon somatic therapy and behavioral modalities that help map patterns of thought, feeling, sensation, and action.
